论当前我省打击零星贩毒犯罪存在的问题及对策

零星贩毒是大宗毒品的分销 ,是毒品供、贩运、销到消费全过程中与吸毒密切相关的最后环节。正确认识严厉打击零星贩毒犯罪具有重大意义。当前打击零星贩毒工作中存在的问题 :1、刑事惩处偏轻 ;2、零星贩毒取证难 ;3、零星贩毒处理难 ;4、执法机关认识上存在问题。对策 :1、进一步完善有关法律规定 ;2、建立零星贩毒累计制度 ;3、建立禁毒信息系统 ;4、完善打零机制 ;5、加大禁毒宣传与禁吸戒毒工作力度
