| 摘 要： | 当前,我国刑事犯罪出现了许多新情况、新特点。如何在犯罪嫌疑人归案以后组织好审讯室里的较量,是对侦查讯问人员综合素质的严峻考验。从这个角度出发研究新形势下侦查讯问人员应具备的政治、业务、心理等基本素质具有重要的意义。
