| 摘 要： | 湘北某市在“打黑除恶”专项斗争中呈现的和国内媒体已披露的大量案例从一个侧面反映了新中国从二十世纪 70年代末到本世纪初黑恶犯罪滋生、发展、蔓延的过程。把握这一过程 ,有助于对中国当代黑恶犯罪现状作出基本估价 ,对中国当代黑社会性质组织的犯罪类型和黑恶势力蔓延的主要原因进行较为中肯的分析 ,从而从宏观上提出遏制中国当代黑恶犯罪的对策。

| Abstract: | What the special struggle against Mafia_evil force in one northern city in Hunan has shown and a large number of cases exposed by media have reflected the process of the birth,growth and spread of crime of Mafia_evil force in China from the end of 1970's to this early century.To know this process is helpful to basically evaluate the current situation of this crime,and to properly analyse the types of Mafia_like organization and the spread of Mafia_evil force.On the basis of this,the containing counter-measures against this crime is macroscopically presented. |
