| 摘 要： | 通过对山西省近12年来刑事案件的长期趋势、季节变动及回归分析，可了解我省刑事犯罪的发展趋势；通过对作案成员的基本情况分析，可了解刑事犯罪成员的构成情况，为公安机关在和谐社会建设中多角度、全方位地研究、遏制与打击刑事犯罪，提升控制刑事犯罪能力从定量方面提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | We can know the development tendency of criminal cases in Shanxi by long - term tendency, season changing and tropical analysis. The composing of criminals can by knew by analyzing the criminals＇ basic information. All of these can offer decision - making foundation for the public security organs to improve the ability in researching criminal crimes form different angels and controlling them in quantity during the construction of harmony society. |
