| 摘 要： | 法学是一门应用性很强的学科,毕业实习教学更是法学人才培养的基本途径,它既可以检查、修改和巩固已有的专业知识和理论体系,又有利于强化法律职业道德修养和训练法律专业应用能力,也是法律专门人才培养的最有效途径.因此,加强法学专业毕业实习教学建设和管理,培养出更多的法律综合型高素质生力军,适应市场经济的发展,对高等学校法学教学提出了更新的标准和要求.

| Abstract: | The legal science is a practical subject,and the practice before graduation,which not only examine,revise and strengthen the students' knowledge and theory but also strengthen law professional ethics and exercise applied capacity,is a basic and also the best way for cultivating law talent.Therefore,how to strengthen the design and management of practice-before-graduation of law subject,accordingly cultivate more comprehensive and high-qualified students to adapt to the development of market economic,is the newer criterion and requirement to law subject of high education. |
