| Abstract: | Guided by new pattern of GBCP city management,the Beijing Informational City Management System(BICMS) has been implemented under the framework of "1+8+N".This system is implemented according to the demand of the harmonious pattern,which can be summed up as "one goal","two master lines","three main bodies","four harmonies".BICMS play an important role in the information based society management. |
