| 摘 要： | 以河南省农村为出发点,通过对我国农村养老保险法律制度自身的历史发展过程的考察研究,借鉴国外养老保险法律制度的经验,提出适应不同地区、不同阶段的多层次的农村养老保险法律制度的框架,以期为河南省农村养老保险制度建设提供理论参考依据。

| Abstract: | Taking for Henan province＇ s rural areas as a starting point, by investigating and studying of the rural pension insurance legal system＇ s own course of historical development in China, learning from the experience of the foreign pension insurance legal system, this article puts forword a multi-level framework of rural pension insurance legal system to adapt to different regions and different stages in order to provide a reference basis on theory for the construction of rural pension insurance system in Henan province. |
