中小企业发展环境的法律制度思考

中小企业的生存发展也面临着更多的机遇和挑战。因此,加强法律制度对中小企业的积极扶持和规范引导意义深远。本文主要从经济、人文、法律、政策的角度,分析了目前中小企业发展所处的环境氛围,并结合实际存在的问题,提出要优化中小企业的发展环境,就应当考虑相关政策、法律体系的完善;政府调控职能的转变;企业外围空间的改良等等法律对策,从而就促进中小企业的健康发展作了深入的法律制度探讨。

Reflections on the Legal System for the Development Environment of Medium-sized and Small Enterprises

Medium-sized and small enterprises face to more chances and critical challenges.Therefore,it's greatly significant to reinforce legal system in order to support positively and lead normatively medium-sized and small enterprises in their development.Based on problems in reality,this paper analyses those environments around medium-sized and small enterprises from different angles of economy,human interests,law and policy.What's more,in order to optimize the environment for medium-sized and small enterprises development,it's indispensable to deliberate on improvement of policy and legal system,readjustment of government's controlling functions,amelioration of enterprise's outer space etc.This paper shows deep researches and reflections on legal system,which should ensure a healthy development of medium-sized and small enterprises.
