| 摘 要： | 推进社会主义新农村建设,是中央从全局出发作出的战略决策,应结合“三级联创”、构建村级领导班子选聘机制、调整行政村规模发挥农村基层党组织的作用、加强对“两委”干部的管理监督、拓宽致富渠道发展壮大农村经济等方面认真落实科学发展观,推动农村经济发展和社会进步。

| Abstract: | It is resolution of Party Central Committee proceed from overall situation that accelerate the construction of socialistic new country. We should implement views of scientific development, promote country development and social progress in combining with three levels combination and creation, constructing the mechanism which selecting and engaging leading group of village, adjusting dimensions of administrative village, playing the role of village grass roots of the Party organization, strengthening management and supervision of Liang Wei, broadening the channels for getting rich, developing rural economics ect. |
