基于不同的侦查目的观将设计构建出不同特色的刑事诉讼侦查程序制度,我国的刑事诉讼侦查 程序制度应当是具有我国特色且符合我国国情的程序设计。对我国刑事诉讼侦查程序制度改革的理论研究 应当是建立在明示我国侦查目的观的基础之上,遵循我国法制建设的一般原则,全面考究我国的法律体系、 国情现状以及现行刑事侦查程序制度中所存在的问题而进行的具有可实现性的研讨。

Several Issues on the Reform of Chinese Criminal Investigation Procedure

Different investigative purposes cause different systems of criminal litigation and investigation procedures. Our Chinese system of criminal litigation and investigation procedures should match with the situation of China. The theoretical studies of the system reform should base on showing the investigative purpose of our country. It must be discussed by following the general principles of our legal system and examining from all aspects the problems in Chinese legal system, China's situation and current system of investigation procedure.
