| 摘 要： | 十余年来，党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争问题，一直是全党全国人民关注的第一社会热点。本总结了改革开放以业党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争所取得的成绩和历史经验及目前存在的现实问题，从六个方面对２１世纪中国共产党加强党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争，进行了战略性思考。
