关于我国农村村民自治的若干理论问题

本文对"村民自治"这一概念尝试性地下了定义,揭示了村民自治的特点,基于村民自治的实践将村民自治发展历程划分为四个阶段,对村民自治的基本内容--民主选举、民主决策、民主管理、民主监督及其作用给予了准确定位,并分析了村民自治对于我国基层社会管理,基层农村民主、经济、文化发展,社会主义民主政治建设的重大实践价值和理论价值。

Some Theoretical Issues About the Villagers' Power of Autonomy in Rural Areas in China

The thesis redefines the concept of " villagers' power of autonomy" and analyses the characteristics of villagers' power of autonomy, on the basis of the idea that the power of autonomy is dividedinto four phases, analyses the essential constituents of the power of autonomy--democratic election, policydecision, management and supervision. And the writer of the article analyses the theoretical and practical value of the following aspects: community management, the community development of the rural areas in democracy, economy, cultural development as well as the construction of the socialist democracy.
