摘 要: | 性别教育的缺失不利于大学生的健康成长。尤其对于男生人数占绝对优势的理工科高等院校来说,科学地开展性别教育课程不仅有助于帮助男大学生了解应如何更好地与女性沟通,而且有助于鼓励青年知识女性在科技创新领域突破自我、追求卓越,进而促进两性的平等与和谐。

Abstract: | The deficiency of gender education in universities is not good for students’personal development. Especially for the universities of science and technology with more male students,appropriate gender educa-tion could not only help male students understand females better but also encourage young women to make pro-gress in the field of science and technology,which may exert significant influence on the construction of an e-qual and harmonious society. |
