失地农民权益保障问题的法律思考

近年来,随着工业化和城市化进程的不断加快,农村的土地被大幅度征用,失地农民随之应运而生,他们的权益因法律规定不完备、法规执行不到位、法治意识不健全等法律缺陷的存在而无法保障。失地农民失去了生活的依托、失去了就业的机会、失去了诸多的权益。保障失地农民的权益,从法律视角来看,关键是适时立法,确保政策供给;依法行政,防止滥用职权;严格执法,维护法律尊严。

By recently years,according to the fast steps of industrialization and urbanization,mass of rural land that was requisitioned by the government.By the action,some of farmers who don't have any land to live on appear.Some of their rights and interests would not be guaranteed for the imperfect legal rules,or abstractly executed law, or amplified legal sense and others legal drawbacks.The key issues how to guarantee the rights and interests of requisition land's farmers are very urgent for the government.From the legal field of vision,the key steps are to legislate according to situations timely;ensure policies' supplying;avoid abusing one's power; uphold legal holy by act law strictly.
