| 摘 要： | 非公有制企业工会工作活动方式,目前还没有一种通用的模式。但要遵循如下原则:维护的原则、集体协商的原则、沟通的原则、引导的原则、灵活的原则、敢于碰硬的原则和以人为本的原则。从发展的眼光来看,工会工作活动方式要全面贯彻"劳动三权",充分利用有关标准规范非公有制企业的行为,建立起符合中国国情的、具有一定指导性的"活动方式"模式。

An Exploration of Activity Way of Trade Union Work in Non- State Owned Enterprises |

| Abstract: | There is not common model of activity way of trade union work in non-state owned enterprises at present. But we should follow principles such as protection, collective consultation, linking up, guiding, flexibility, adhering to and taking person as basis and so on. The activity way of trade union work should carry out "the three rights of labor" in an all-round way in a development light, fully utilize relative standards in order to regularize their action of non-state owned enterprises, and set up a model of activity way that tallies with China's national situation and has a given guiding meaning. |
