当代中国社会分层与和谐社会建设

市场经济的发展在社会分层上一个重要的变化是行政权力不再是支配社会资源的唯一力量,社会分层逐渐呈现其以经济为主的平等性分层方式为特征。当代社会发展的主导趋势对社会不同职业带来了影响并继而对社会阶层变迁带来了影响,但我们要注意不能把职业分析方法的作用片面地夸大。由于种种原因,不同社会阶层在利益上存在着差距,甚至存在一些较为尖锐的矛盾。我们有必要建立各阶层利益表达机制,制定适应社会各阶层发展的调节性社会政策等,以适应建设和谐社会的需要。

Stratification of Modern Chinese Society and Building of A Harmonious Society

In terms of social stratification, an important change of the development of market economy is that administrative power is no longer the only one to dominate social resources and social stratification has gradually shown the characteristic of equal stratification based on economy. The leading trend for the development of modern society influences different occupations and furthermore, influences change of social strata but we shouldn't exaggerate occupational analysis. Due to various reasons, different social strata have certain differences in interests and even have some sharp contradictions. In order to meet the demand of building a harmonious society, we need to establish a mechanism for expressing the interests and make regulative social policies to fit in with their development.
