摘    要:员工激励制度对企业的发展起着至关重要的作用,尤其是对高层管理人员及核心技术人员的激励方案,更是关乎企业的生死存亡。股票期权和期股是企业对员工进行激励的重要手段,正在被越来越多的企业所重视和应用。在国内,员工持股激励机制尚处于尝试、探索阶段,因此为激励员工的工作积极性,稳定人才队伍,员工持股激励方案应本着“先局部试点,再逐步面向全体员工”的原则。首次激励对象主要面向在过去两年内做出突出贡献的管理干部、公司经理、技术专家等,在逐步修改完善方案的基础上,最终实行根据职位、贡献、工龄等不同档次的职工全员持股方案。

Abstract:Employee motivation system affects the development of a corporation significantly.Especially,the system which is related to the senior management team and key technical employee is even decisive to the firm.As an important role in the motivation system,share holding is paid much more attention and applied widely by the firms.In the domestic field,it is just at the beginning step for experiment.In order to motivate and stabilize the employee,the suggestion is to carry out the system from part to all gradually.For the first time,people who have outstanding performance in the past two years such as managers and technologist will be the main object.According to the result of the experiment,the system will be completed as the structure composed by position,contribution and length of service etc.
