关于侦查学若干理论问题探讨

侦查学作为一门独立学科已经得到认同。但由于种种原因,侦查学的基础理论研究工作还较为薄弱,以至在一些重大理论问题上学术界还存在着很大的分歧。本文拟就侦查学研究领域里颇有争议的学科名称、学科研究对象、学科体系及学科性质问题进行阐述,以期引起侦查学理论界更加深入的讨论和研究。

On Several Theoretic Issues of Investigation

Investigation science has been acknowledged as an independent subject, but its fundamental theoretical research is still rather weak due to various reasons , thus major divergences concerning some significant theoretical issues still exist in the academic cirde. This article tries to illustrate and clarify the quite contradictory topics, such as subject name, object of study, subject system and subject quality in order to draw the attention of the theory cirle to deeper discussion and research .
