论乡村社会有组织犯罪的类型及特征

根据犯罪群体的联结纽带和形态两个标准 ,从乡村社会的动态结构和静态结构两个维度入手 ,可以将乡村有组织犯罪划分为四种不同的类型。在对乡村有组织犯罪进行类型化分析的基础上 ,可从组织性质和活动结构两个方面抽象出乡村有组织犯罪的共性 ,归纳其特征 ,从而为透视乡村有组织犯罪的成因和提出乡村有组织犯罪的预防对策提供一个可供分析的犯罪现象图景

On Types and Characteristics of Organized Crimes in the Rural Society

According to the two criteria-combined links and forms-for delimiting a criminal group, the organized crimes in the rural society can be divided into four major types starting from two aspects-the active and the steady structures-of rural society. On basis of analyzing the classification of them, we can induce the common characteristics of the organized crimes from two aspects of the organization's nature and activities' structure in order to provide a picture about criminal phenomena, by which we can penetrate the causes and propose the precautionary countermeasures for these crimes.
