On Jiang Ze - min''s Thought of Innovation in Science and Technology

Jiang Ze-min pays great attention to innovation. His thought of innovation includes ten aspects, shch as the importance and necessity of innovation, its connotations and springs etc. Jiang Ze-min's thought of innovation has developed Deng Xiao-ping's thought of that science and technology are the primary productive forces and Jiang's thought of innovation is the most important and most significant part of his thought of science and technolgy and also the guiding policy for the development of China's science and technology,economy and society in the 21st century.
