当前大学生就业形势对户籍制度的冲击与改革

我国是世界上唯一长期实施严密户籍管理的国家。随着社会发展,现行户籍制度对人才的流动有了很大的限制和影响,尤其不利于大学生的流动和就业。设想:1.取消大学生户口限制;2.大学生入学不转户口;3.构建适应时代发展的高校学生户口管理模式;4.建立新型人口信息管理模式。

On Influence of Graduates' Employment on Residence Registration System and Its Reform

China is the exclusive country carries the strict residence registration management into execution.Along with the social development,however,the current residence registration system has hindered the human resource flow,especially obstructed the job-seeking and employment of graduates.Tentative strategies: 1.Annul the registration limitation on the graduates;2.Keep the registered residence in the original public security bureau when the student get enrolled in university;3.Establish a student management system that suits the social development;4.Build up a new census data management system.
