| 摘 要： | 邓小平虽没公开提出和引用“科学发展观”这一概念和用语,但在他的著作和一系列讲话、重要论述中,无不渗透科学发展观的思想和涵义。邓小平理论是科学发展观的思想基础和理论依据,科学发展观思想既是对邓小平理论的继承、丰富和发展,也是邓小平理论的题中之义。
