| 摘 要： | 增发新股在证券市场上有着重要的地位和作用。我国增发新股的形式与特点和英美等国上市公司增发新股有所区别。我国应借鉴国外的先进经验和模式,结合我国的实际情况,对证券市场再融资进行规范化管理,使企业既能通过证券市场进行融资,又能保护投资者的利益。
