| 摘 要： | 国际警务合作是跨国界的执法活动,我国应当在国际刑警组织的框架内开展双边和多边合作,运用国际侦查协作、简易引渡等国际警务合作手段,全力拓展中国公安机关与国外司法机关合作的新领域,形成一个广泛的警务合作机制。
