| 摘 要： | 社区治安力量的有效整合能发挥社区治安防范的综合效能.社区民警在社区治安力量整合过程中担当着桥梁纽带的角色.负责社区治安整合工作的具体组织、协调.必须客观分析影响社区民警发挥作用的主客观因素,树立协作理念,在提高民警能力、合理配置警力的同时,加强社区组织建设,提高公众参与社区治安工作的积极性.
