公安院校担负着培养公安专业人才的重任,其毕业生是警力的重要来源。公安院校培养的学生对警察体育的认识程度,对其走上工作岗位后能否坚持身体锻炼、能否保持良好的身体状况至关重要。因此,应在警体教学中贯彻警察职业体育、健康体育、终身体育等理念。具体实施上应采取增强师资力量、调整教学内容、改善教学手段、扩展教学时间等措施,真正在提高公安民警身体素质方面实现"向无增长改善要警力"目标。

Public security colleges undertake the important task of cultivating public security professionals and their graduates are a main source of police forces.How the students of public security colleges understand the police physical education is critical for whether they persist in physical exercises and maintain healthy or not.Therefore,concepts of police vocational education,health education and life-time education should be carried out in the teaching of police physical education.Such measures as strengthening teachers,adjusting teaching contents,improving teaching means and increasing teaching time should be taken in its specific implementation,thus to realize the goal of strengthening police forces through non-increase improvement in the respects of enhancing the physical quality of police.
