| 摘 要： | 社会转型期间,由于各种各样的因素影响,高校也不再是一个平静、稳定的地方,学生矛盾、食物中毒、流行病肆虐甚至学生自杀的现象层出不穷,高校危机已经成为众多教育者必须面对的新课题。通过分析高校危机存在的诱因,通过和谐理念的指导,找到构建高校危机管理的有效路径。

| Abstract: | In the different influence ingredients,college is no longer a steady place in the changing stage of our society.Students confliction,food poisoning,epidemic spreading-all these phenomenon emerged in so endlessly that college crisis become a new issue that we college instructors had to face up to.On the base of inducement analysis,this article is trying to find an effective way to construct college crisis management in the view of harmoniousness. |
