| 摘 要： | 随着国际贸易和国际劳动分工的深化，当前世界经济正迅速融合为高度一体化的经济体，与此同时，跨国企业的生产经营活动却正在由一体化走向分散化。国际上最新发展起来的全球价值链理论为研究发展中国家地方产业集群如何参与经济全球化并在其中实现产业升级，提供了重要的分析工具和方法。本文就应用全球价值链理论对印度软件产业集群进行深入分析，在此基础上，提出我国电子信息产业集群的发展战略。
