| 摘 要： | 集会自由作为人的一项基本权利,是言论自由的延伸,但是作为政治权利的集会自由权的行使,必然会涉及到个人权利的行使和公共利益的保护冲突问题,即集会自由的界碑。本文从集会自由和公共权力的相互关系,探讨了如何规制集会自由权,并分析了我国的集会自由的不足。

| Abstract: | Freedom of assembly,as a fundamental right,is the extension of freedom of speech.But the performance of the rights of freedom of assembly as a political right will certainly concern that in individual right and the conflict in protecting the public interest.The text approaches how to stipulate the right of the freedom of assembly and analyze the insufficiency of it in our country. |
