| Abstract: | In the Western trend of loosening regulations, China's government regulation reform is faced with the determination of its future orientation. This paper first makes a delimitation of regulation and traces the development of government regulations of the United States, and then, by combining China's situation, proposes the orientation of China's regulation reform, i.e. optimized regulation. |
