| 摘 要： | 社区矫正是一种不使罪犯与社会隔离并利用社区资源教育改造罪犯的方法,是所有在社区环境中管理教育罪犯方式的总称。本文作者直接参与了北京市社区矫正的基础理论研究与具体实践。文章介绍了北京市在社区矫正试点工作中的积极探索及存在的主要问题,就进一步推动北京市社区矫正工作,提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | Community correction is a term referring to what is done in the community environment t o supervise and correct offenders. It is a means to correct offenders without separating them from the society and with community resources being made full use of. As one of those who are participating in the community corrections program in pilot Beijing, the author tells the readers how the program is being actively carried out, points out problems to be dealt with and comes up with constructive suggestions, aiming to push the program forward. |
