The third generation central leading groups of Party who follow comrade Jiang Zemin have radicated the historical position and guidance action of Deng Xiaoping's Theory. They not only study new situations, solve new issues and sum up experience in practise but also put for- ward new viewpoints and new argumentations for enrichment and development of Deng Xiaoping's Theory.
