| 摘 要： | 会见是律师介入刑事诉讼侦查阶段的一项最为重要的法律权利，其关系到律师作用的发挥和犯罪嫌疑人辩护权的有效行使。但是在执业过程中，许多律师感叹在会见方面困难重重。在会见前应如何准备、具体会见时的思路、如何处理与犯罪嫌疑人的关系以及如何降低执业风险，成为了刑辩律师必备的职业技巧。

| Abstract: | Interviewing a criminal suspect is one of the most important legal rights of a defense lawyer who is taking part in the criminal detecting procedure,which relates to the lawyer＇ function and the suspect＇defenee. However,in the course of practice, a great many of lawyers complain the fact that there are heavy difficulties in the interview, how to prepare before the interview, the steps during the interview, how to deal with the criminal suspect, and how to reduce the risks in the practice, become the indispensable professional skills Of defense lawyers. |
