How to Improve the Achievement of Police's Thorough Training

The thorough training is an important strategic measure to enhance the capabilities of police departments' human resources.It requires a scientific development view of training,a systematic plan,and being taken as a basic system to develop police forces' quality and battle effectiveness.It should be carried out every day,every month and every year.And it has to be developed from being closed to being opened,from being one-off and emergent to being life-long and systematical,as well as from lower theoretical training to higher theoretical and technical integrative training.We need to promote the police work with the achievement of the thorough training and gradually establish a scientific,normative and long-effective training mechanism.
