Analysis and Comparative Studies against Various monopolies Regulated by Anti-monopoly Law

Behaviors of monopolies are very complicated and conduct in various ways.Behaviors of monopolies can be categorized as different kinds according to different categorizing ways.The studies are helpful for us to make a further understanding of their economic and legal characteristics of monopolies against different kinds of behaviors and their internal connections.The paper categorized them as four kinds such as conspiracy of enterprises,merger of enterprises,abuse of dominant position and administrative monopoly pursuant to deriving of monopolistic power.Through making economic analysis and comparative studies,the paper theoretically and deeply illustrates their internal changing relations as well as economic and legal characteristics,thus sufficient theoretical support have been prepared for legislation and performance of anti-monopoly.
