电子信息及其物质载体分属于不同的物证,具有各自独立的证据地位;"电子物证"及"电子物证检验"一词也是不太科学的称谓,其内涵需要严格界定;电子证据的检验与鉴定有其独特的方法与对象,电子证据检验应独立于传统物证检验领域之外而自成体系.
