试论夜暗条件下的公安边防执法战斗

由于公安边防战斗突然、政策性强、行动受限等原因,各类违法分子经常利用夜暗条件,进行藏匿、逃窜甚至武力对抗,给公安边防部门有效地实施及时、正确、合理的战斗指挥和实施搜索、观察、机动和接近攻击目标带来了很大困难,对执法作战人员的安全也构成威胁。本文旨在通过对公安边防执法战斗的类型、夜暗条件对公安边防执法战斗的基本要求以及公安边防部门在夜暗条件下的执法战斗中应该注意的问题方面的探讨,以期对提高公安边防部队在夜暗条件下打击边境犯罪的能力。

On Border Security's Law Enforcement Fight at Night

Because the public security＇s frontier fights always come all of a sudden, possess a characteristic of strong policy and often are limited by practice, all kinds of law-breakers like to hide, escape and even fight with the public security at night, which brings great difficulty for the public security to carry out the crime-strike ac- tions effectively, timely, and properly, and also brings great threats to the public security police. The article here- by aims to take a probe into the public security＇s frontier fights including the types, the basic requirement and the conditions of the law enforcement so as to improve the public security＇s ability to carry out the frontier forces at night.
