| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入WTO以及市场经济体制的不断完善、信息化程度的不断提高,要求政府必须转变职能,探寻新的公共管理模式。本文通过对20世纪后期以来中西公共管理改革、公共管理模式的比较分析,探究了“新公共管理”对我国新一轮政府改革带来的影响和启示。
