| 摘 要： | 目前,公安院校学生的课堂精神状态比较消极,求知求学的学习动机比较弱,很大程度上影响了教学的顺利开展.对此,教师应通过与学生进行情感交流、培养学生的学习动机、加强自身学识与心理修养、合理组织教学、营造民主的课堂气氛来塑造学生的积极的课堂行为.

| Abstract: | At present, police college students' in-class mental state is negative. There are a lot of behavioral problems and their academic motivations are not strong. All these affect the development of teaching. Therefore, teachers should develop students' academic motivation, strengthen their self-learning and mental culture, organize teaching logically and build democratic classroom atmosphere in order to develop students' positive classroom behavior through emotional communication. |
