当前公安院校学生主体性缺失的现象普遍存在。为完善警务化管理，应充分发挥学生的主体作用，努力探索构建学生主体性警务化管理模式，只有这样，才能培养适应公安工作新形势的高素质人民警察。

Assumption of the Creation of Students＇ Subject - oriented Policing Management Model in Police Colleges and Universities

It is a common phenomenon that students in public security colleges and universities lack sense of subjects. To improve policing management,we should bring students＇roles of subjects into full play and explore the mode of students＇ subject- oriented policing management. Only then, can we cultivate the high -quality people＇s police who can adapt themselves to the police work under the new situation.
