国外警察教育训练工作对我国的启示及借鉴

高度重视警察教育训练是当前国际国内形势发展的迫切要求。国外警察教育训练工作中的理念、制度、内容、保障以及绩效等方面有一些成功的经验和做法。面对当前我国警察教育训练方面存在的诸多不足，应当借鉴国外经验，正确处理好学历教育和培训教育的关系；面向实战，贴近实际，改革教育训练内容；完善教育训练的保障制度并建立行之有效的绩效评估体系。

The Inspiration and Reference of Foreign Police Education and Training

Paying intensive attention to police education and training is an urgent requirement under current in-ternational and domestic situation .There are several successful experience and practics in foreign police training work in terms of concepts, systems, content, security and performance.Confronting with the deficiencies of police education and training in China , I suggest that our police education and training should learn from those foreign ex-perience and properly handle the relationship between academic education and training education ; should convert the existing training content into that close to practical combat and reality; should improve safeguards system and establish an effective performance -evaluating system .
