| 摘 要： | 中国共产党领导的党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争是党的建设的重要组成部分,是中国共产党作为全心全意为人民服务的马克思主义政党的有力保证。党和国家高度重视反腐倡廉工作,不断以新精神、新要求与时俱进地推进反腐倡廉建设,取得了宝贵经验。这些经验如下：用发展着的马克思主义指导反腐倡廉实践;围绕中心工作推进反腐倡廉实践;以改革创新精神不断开创反腐倡廉新局面;遵循反腐倡廉工作的规律;建立长效机制提高制度执行力;加强党的领导和自身建设是反腐倡廉的根本保证。

| Abstract: | The Construction of Party Spirits and the Anti-corruption Movement play crucial part in the construction of the CPC; they ensure the nature of the CPC as a Marxism party that severs the people wholeheartedly. Great emphasis has been put on the Anti-corruption Movement, and great experience has been drawn from previous work. Relevant experience includes： guiding the movement with developing Marxism; focusing on the core tasks; following the objective laws; and constructing permanent mechanism to promote the implementation. |
