| 摘 要： | 2004年 ,东南亚地区安全形势总体缓和。地区“反恐”形势仍不容乐观 ,区域反恐合作有所加强 ,与区域内、外国家的联合军演频繁登场。同时 ,为了适应新的安全形势 ,各国不断加快军队现代化建设的步伐 ,加大武器装备的采购力度。不过仍需指出的是 ,在总体缓和的局势下 ,部分国家内部形势依然动荡不安。一、“反恐”、“反暴”形势依然严峻 ,区域合作进一步加强恐怖主义依然是影响东南亚地区稳定、安全和经济发展的主要威胁。尽管各国均采取了一些措施打击恐怖组织 ,加强反恐立法 ,并积极展开情报交流 ,在“反恐”区域合作上进一步加强。但总的…
