构建社区安全防范体系的思考

目前的社会治安防范主要是依靠传统的警务机制,是一种专业的、独立的警务活动,并没有社区群众的广泛参与,警察与公众之间的关系也还存在隔膜,这一现象对于构建和谐社会的要求存在差距。建立社区治安防范体系是以公安派出所为骨干,以群防群治力量为依托的专群结合的治安防范网络。

Reflection on constructing the security guarding system in the community

The public security guarding at present mainly depends on the traditional system,i.e.on the police. It is a form of professional and independent activities performed by the police,without any participation of the public in the community.The relationship between the public and the police is not close enough,which cannot meet the needs of the harmonious society being constructed.The security guarding system in the community we propose to con- struct is a security guarding network in which the local police substation plays the main role,and the public assist the police to guard the security of the community.
