| Abstract: | In the early period of establishing the country, the Party adapted its work of constructing the organizations to the transfer of situation and task, made a series of exploration into constructions of its base organizations and leaders' team, enriched its governing legitimacy resources, and thus consolidated the organization basis, class basis and mass basis for its governing. |
