| Abstract: | The most important task of the trade union work in colleges and universities is the teachers' work. The general branch of the CPC of English Language Department at Capital Normal University as the grass-roots organization is the key factor of doing its best of the trade union work. The home of teaching and administrative staff of the department is the bridge of uniting teachers, keeping up a friendship among teachers, being loyal to the CPC, our country and national education. |
