论新时代产业工人的理想信念教育

对产业工人进行理想信念教育,是永葆工人阶级先进性和实现党在不同历史时期奋斗目标的需要,也是产业工人自身发展的迫切需要。当前国际共产主义运动和工人运动处于低潮的事实,产业工人地位的弱化,理想信念教育方式方法单一等不利因素,制约了产业工人理想信念教育的有效性。需从强化理论武装、加大权益维护、创新方式方法、注重形成合力等方面增强新时代产业工人理想信念教育的有效性。

On the Ideal and Belief Education of Industrial Workers in the New Era

The education of ideal and belief for industrial workers is the need to keep the advanced nature of the working class and realize the party''s goal in different historical periods. It is also the urgent need for the development of the industrial workers themselves. At present, the effectiveness of industrial workers'' ideal and belief education was restricted by negative factors such as the fact that the international communist movement and the workers'' movement being at a low ebb, the weakening of the status of industrial workers, the singleness of education methods, etc. We should strengthen the effectiveness of the industrial workers'' ideal and belief education by means of strengthening the theoretical arm, enhancing the maintenance of rights and interests, innovating ways and methods, focusing on the formation of joint efforts.
