代际差异视角下平台型灵活就业者的就业选择研究

灵活就业作为一种新兴的就业形式吸引了各个年龄的劳动者,同时随着"80后"和"90后"新生代劳动者进入劳动力市场,代际差异以及带来的管理问题成为了重要的研究领域。利用微工网兼职平台灵活就业人员抽样调查数据资料,分析了代际差异对劳动者就业选择的影响。分析结果显示:代效应和年龄效应对于灵活就业劳动者的就业选择有着显著影响。"90后"的灵活就业劳动者更关注灵活就业中的时间自由与个人的发展;"80后"和"70后"的灵活就业则更加关注工作本身的回报,同时更愿意继续从事灵活就业工作。

A Study of the Employment Choices of Platform-based Flexible Laborers from the Perspective of Intergenerational Differences

Flexible employment, as a new form of employment, has attracted laborers of all ages. With the "post-80s" and "post-90s" new generation laborers'' entering the labor market, intergenerational differences and management issues have become an important area of research. This paper, based on the data of survey of the employed personnel from the micro-industrial network part-time platform, has analyzed the impact of the intergenerational differences on laborers'' employment choices. The results of the study show that generational and age effects have significant impact on the employment choices of the flexible employment laborers. While the "post-90s" flexible employment laborers are more concerned about the freedom of time and their individual development in the flexible employment, the "post-80s" and "post-70s" flexible employment laborers pay more attention to the return of the work itself, and are more willing to engage in flexible employment.
