| 摘 要： | 非营利组织是一种古老的社会组织形式 ,但它直到 2 0世纪 6 0年代以后才得到迅猛发展。我国的民间组织在改革开放后也有长足的发展。如何应对这股潮流 ,对于我国政府来说 ,是一个值得探讨的政策问题。本文主要就国内外有关非营利组织的内涵、作用、存在的问题等做一简单比较 ,然后就我国政府与民间组织的合作提出自己的建议。

| Abstract: | NPO has been an old type of social organization, but it didn't develop fast until 1960s and formed the revolution of social association over the world. The associations in our country have also increased rapidly from the beginning of Reforming and Opening. It is important to the government to make a appropriate policy of it. The article concerns about the nature, role, and problems of NPOs. Then I will make some suggestions of the cooperation between the government and Chinese NPOs. |
