世博类大型安保期间消除民警职业倦怠感的对策研究

2010年上海世博会,在中国大型会议安保史上记录了一段辉煌的历史。世博类大型安保工作,不仅考验着公安机关的理念、能力和队伍风貌,同时也对广大一线民警的身心健康提出了严峻的挑战,民警职业倦怠现象更为突出,并直接影响着民警的工作效率和生活质量。为此,应充分发挥个人、组织、家庭和社会等各方面的共同作用,建立身心保障机制,健全社会支持网络,通过实现身心和谐、警营和谐、社会和谐三大目标,不断消除民警职业倦怠感。

Research into Measures of How to Eradicate Job Burnout in the Large-Scale Security World of World Expo

2010 Shanghai World Expo witnessed a glorious page of the history of Chinese large-scale security work.The security work like World Expo not only tested concepts,capacities and morale of police agencies but challenged the physical and mental health of front-line police officers,whose job burnout phenomenon was more prominent and had a direct effect on police efficiency and life quality.So individual,organizational,family and social roles should be fully played to establish health care system and improve the social support network.Only by realizing three targets of physical and mental harmony,police barrack harmony and social harmony can the police job burnout be eradicated.
